Ok, I'm about to crunch a ton of numbers again, so if you hate math I suggest you look away.

You see, February seemed like an off-month for me. During that whole month, I only managed to squeeze out a paltry 12 posts, compared with the average 41.5 posts for both December and January, this is a 346% decrease in the amount of posts. However, a lot of the posts in February were also fairly large, with an average of 154.917 words per post in February. Compared to December and January's 52.952 average words per post, this marks a 293% increase in verbosity. So, the numbers seem to state that I didn't slack off at all. Until you realize that one post had 824 words in it, making that single post account for 44.325% of all of February's words. So you can either say that I'm a giant slacker and neglect my poor flog, or you can say I saved up all of my writing energy for one huge post, and spent my creative load. Since the latter sounds more noble and even makes reference to ejaculation, I'll go with that one.

While I have all these numbers, I might as well find out how much work I have to do to make March a normal month. So, I know the past 3 months of the Flog's history spans 76 days. December has 3713 words, January had 682 words, and February has 1859 words. This works out to 6254 total words, which means 82.289 words per day and 65.832 words per post. December had 47 posts, January has 36 posts, and February had 12 posts. This totals to 95 posts, which gives us a post dilation of 1.25 posts per day.

1.25 posts containing 65.832 words per day is the average. This means 38.75 posts and 2040.76 words in March. Seeing as how I already burned 2 days off, this means I should make 1.34 posts containing 70.37 words a day from here on out to make things normal. Seeing as how I missed this target by 287.9% last time, I wonder how badly I'm gonna fail this time.

You Don't Know Jack is Back. One of my favorite games of all time returns in full glory and splendor.

I also suck at it. $8,365 is a horrible score, and you should mock me for it at every opportunity.

I love Perplex City. I love it so much, I created a puzzle, and am currently working on this absurdly huge package (around 98 cards!) that Morbus so graciously sent me. Expect more puzzles and more solved cards here in this space soon.

BTW, if you liked Ugly Duckling from my first Youtube Radio post, their website has a lot more songs.

I have a new favorite potato chip. "Nalley Original Potato Chip". Yes, it's origin does indeed lie with Nalley, which is known for it's... national off-brand reputation. I mean, there's Nalley brand pretty much everything. Nalley brand mayo, Nalley onion dip, and the famous Nalley Chili. In spite of their reputation as being a shitty budget substitute for the real thing, I personally think that Nalley brand stuff is deceptively excellent. Scary at first because everything screams "DON'T DO IT, IT WILL TASTE LIKE MOLDY SOCKS!!!", I'm always surprised at how high-quality this stuff is.

Cue me looking at the Ghetto Store sifting through all the expired treats and assorted foreign food, when I came across this bag. It wasn't expired, and had English on it, which means that it has to come from Canada. After trying it, I immediately went back and bought the rest of the bags.

After exhausting my 5 day supply in 8 days, I started craving these chips, seeing if they really are sold in Canada or if they are pure figments of my imagination. It's been known to happen in that ghetto store. I found that Nalley started out by making chips, and that these chips are probably made not by Nalley, but by "Snakorp". And yes, these chips are only to be found in a bin, hiding under past-prime pop tarts.

Also did I really just write 228 words about potato chips? I think there is something wrong with my brain.

I was in Second Life and made this one liner that I'm far too proud to let drift off into nothingness. I'd post it to Second Second, but it's just a one-liner. Really it's probably not worth posting to anywhere, but since my only reader dropped off the face of the earth, I can now do whatever I want and not fear that anyone will ever see it.

Backstory: 10 minutes after a host at my casino was late, I imd her mocking all the idiots asking if she's online.

[23:52] Deight Boccara: are you online i wanna play tringo >:(
[23:53] Gisela Vale: SOWWE I WAS LATE =/
[23:53] Deight Boccara: Hahaha like it matters
[23:54] Gisela Vale: YEAH LOL NO ONE CARES HERE
[23:54] Gisela Vale: I LIKE THAT
[23:54] Gisela Vale: HA!
[23:56] Deight Boccara: The important thing here is that... well...
[23:56] Deight Boccara: I don't have to worry about how I'm going to divvy up 200L into 8 or so games
[23:57] Gisela Vale: LOL AWWWWWW
[23:57] Gisela Vale: TIP: DON'T GAMBLE
[23:57] Deight Boccara: Tip: Don't donate 5000L into Relay for Life
[23:57] Gisela Vale: AWWWWWW THAT WAS NICE DEIGHT
[23:58] Gisela Vale: I KNEW YOU HAD A HEART STASHED AWAY SOMEWHERE =P
[23:58] Deight Boccara: Yeah, I bet that prostitute misses it too

While I'm posting, I think it might be time for a Progress Report. Because if there's anything better than writing, it's meta writing.

So, I bet you all have committed the last time I broke out the slide rulers to memory, so I need not remind you that on average, I made 1.250 posts containing 65.832 words per day. Well, so far in March, I've made 8 posts and 1011 words. Divide this by the number of days burned off in this glorious month, and we reach 0.667 posts containing 84.250 words per day. Divide the number of posts per day in March by the average number of posts per day, and we come up with 53.333% our target. Do the same with the words, and we get 127.977%. Average the two normalcy numbers, and then make a new paragraph with the result.

So far, March is 90.655% normal. This is the answer I am looking for. So, this is a normal month. Whoo. Break out the party equipment. It may be time for a celebration. Perchance, two of them.

On March 12, 2007 at 5:41 am...

And if I count that last post, we reach 0.750 posts containing 99.333 words per day. Which is 60.000% our posts target, and 150.889% our words target. Work it out, and we have 105.445% normal. Wait, what? No. Add -200. Multiply by -1. 94.555%. That's better

Also, as of this colon: I've written 591 words about writing 1244 words. We are approaching meta quotient of 47.508%. This is just too much meta. Sorry.
